Connaught Education - The Independent Schools Specialists is seeking a Client Sales Manager for maternity cover. Kensington-based role handling inquiries, recommending bespoke private tuition and education consultancy solutions to families.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales, and coordinating private education services. The ideal candidate has education sales experience, excellent communication, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sales or advising HNW/UHNW families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and client-facing experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and organisational skills.
• CRM experience; TutorCruncher is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client requirements and tailor tuition and consultancy solutions.
• Convert enquiries into sales via phone and email.
• Coordinate with tutors and education specialists to deliver bespoke programmes.
• Liaise with schools and external organisations as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and handle sales administration.
