Job summary

Addition Solutions is partnering with a specialist education catering provider to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to oversee catering operations across multiple school sites in Buckinghamshire and South Northamptonshire.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on operational excellence, managing budgets, and developing onsite teams to deliver high-quality catering services with strong food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations across multiple school sites, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Manage budgets, control costs and monitor contract performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and onsite teams.
• Lead and develop site managers and catering teams, promoting collaboration.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and compliance.
• Implement processes to improve productivity, consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee stock management, procurement and equipment maintenance.
