Job summary

The role is based at our Liskeard office and will cover all of the Trust's schools. You will promote positive attitudes towards regular student attendance, improve attendance levels, and support schools in fulfilling their legal obligations.

The role involves liaising with our school attendance teams and the local authority Education Welfare Service as required. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of education law and practices relating to attendance, the ability to provide

• Strong understanding of education law and practices relating to school attendance.
• Ability to provide guidance in line with legislation.
• Excellent administrative and organisa­tional skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for working with staff, young people and families.
• Sensitivity, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
