Job summary

Foster + Partners in London invites an Education Advisor to shape learning and professional development across our global design practice. You will work with Learning & Development, HR and wider teams to support architects and designers throughout their careers, developing education programmes and fostering a culture of continuous excellence.

This role leads education initiatives for professionals and apprentices, builds partnerships with universities and industry bodies, and mentors the next

Qualifications

• A passion for learning and helping others achieve their professional goals.
• Strong understanding of architectural education and professional registration pathways.
• ARB/RIBA registration and relevant professional expertise.
• Experience building relationships with educational institutions and professional bodies.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to drive initiatives independently and as part of a team.

As an Education Advisor at Foster + Partners, you will help shape the future of learning and professional development across a global design practice. Working closely with colleagues across Learning & Development, HR and wider business teams, you will play a key role in supporting architects and designers throughout their careers, developing innovative education programmes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
