Job summary

TES Global’s Tes Institute is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to oversee the operational delivery of teacher training and development programmes across the UK and internationally. The role reports to the Head of Programme Delivery and works with Tes Institute functions and wider Tes Global teams to ensure high-quality learner experiences.

You will lead on programme intent and implementation, support cross-programme collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in academic delivery,

Qualifications

Experience delivering teacher training and development programmes.
Understanding of ITTECF reform and international teacher training demands.
Experience in leading and managing educational programmes.
Proven leadership experience at senior level.
Masters or PhD preferred for postgraduate certification pathways.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational delivery of teacher training and development education for the assigned programme.
Ensure consistent, secure delivery across contexts and settings.
Collaborate with Institute and Tes Global functions to embed programme delivery excellence.
Support Sales and Marketing activities as directed by Head of Programme Delivery.
Monitor learner progress and assurance through quality controls and reporting.
