Job summary

Future PLC is seeking a proactive Editorial Email professional to lead the performance and growth of our editorial email newsletters from our Bath office. You will work closely with Editorial, Ecommerce, Audience Development, Product and Technology to drive engagement, traffic and revenue through data-driven strategies.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise email content and audience development across the business.

Job description

The Editorial Email team is a global team within the wider Audience function, operating in the B2C division at Future. As a member of the Email team, you'll be a key central function within the business, working closely with Editorial, Ecommerce, Audience Development, Product and Technology teams to drive the success of our editorial email portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the Director of Editorial Email, you'll be responsible for driving the performance, growth and commercial impact of our editorial email newsletters.
• Using data, audience insights and experimentation, the role will identify opportunities to increase engagement, grow email audiences, and drive traffic and revenue through the email channel.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
• Experience developing and managing experimentation and A/B testing
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and continuously improving performance
• Understanding of email marketing, audience development and digital content performance
