Job summary

APT Search is exclusively retained for a Magic Circle law firm seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager. You will independently manage complex eDiscovery matters from inception to completion using RelOne, with a focus on data processing, review, analytics, and final productions.

The role offers exposure to global casework, strong leadership pathways, and the opportunity to travel to the London office several times a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with independent case ownership.
• Expertise in Relativity RelOne and familiarity with standard eDiscovery tools.
• Strong technical understanding of collection, processing, and analytics workflows.
• Experience working in an eDiscovery vendor or law firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery projects across the EDRM life cycle including processing, review, analytics, and final productions.
• Use Relativity RelOne to deliver milestones and ensure quality checks.
• Translate complex technical details for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead on new projects and mentor other professionals on Relativity best practices.

Job description

I am exclusively retained by a Magic Circle law firm seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager. With a recent introduction to Relativity, the team and firm have seen an influx of disclosure work, which has organically produced this position, with more to come in the future. Due to new workloads, my client requires an individual who has strong experience independently managing eDiscovery cases from inception through to completion in RelOne.

This is a rare opportunity to join a firm with clear routes to senior leadership progression without a top-heavy, established team already in place.

Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Project Manager:

• Manage eDiscovery projects across the EDRM, including: Data processing, Review management, Analytics (CAL and/or TAR) and Final productions - including quality checks
• Operate as a daily user of Relativity (RelOne) to manage and deliver project milestones effectively
• Translate complex technical details into clear, layman-friendly explanations for clients and stakeholders
• Lead on various new projects, both taking ownership of the technical and client management requirements
• Train other legal professionals on best practices within Relativity

Qualifications of an eDiscovery Project Manager:

• Minimum 4+ years of eDiscovery project management experience with a track record of independently managing complex matters
• Expertise in Relativity (RelOne) and deep familiarity with other industry-standard eDiscovery tools
• Strong grasp of technical concepts and hands-on experience with collection, processing, and analytics workflows
• Experience working at an eDiscovery vendor or law firm
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Must be able to travel to the office in London 3 times a week
