Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking an eDiscovery Specialist in Greater London to support delivery of eDiscovery services for high-profile clients and to assist the in-house legal team.

You will deliver clear communication to external clients and legal teams, provide solutions at each EDRM stage, and manage large-scale eDiscovery projects with complex review workflows.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar.
• Around 3 years progressive experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of litigation support and eDiscovery.
• Knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear communication to external clients and legal teams
• Provide solutions advice at each stage of EDRM
• Recommend workflows through client scoping exercises
• Manage large scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
• Provide technical support and training to clients

Experience

Educated todegree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 yearsprogressive experience within a similar role;

• Strongunderstanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
• Databasedesign, management and data processing
• eDiscoveryplatforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
• Analyticaland in-depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and bestpractice
• Genuineinterest in innovation and new litigation technologies
