Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead complex disclosure projects from collection through production and litigation strategy. The role requires hands-on project management, familiarity with Relativity, and the ability to advise lawyers on effective disclosure strategies within a hybrid London work model.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years' experience in providing litigation support.
• Solid understanding of Relativity and how analytics can drive reviews and efficiencies.
• Relativity Certified Administrator / Analytics qualification is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Make extensive use of analytics technologies and how these technologies can be deployed in a variety of settings.
• Consult with lawyers on effective strategies for disclosure exercises.

• Liaise with IT departments to facilitate the data mapping and collection exercises.
• Organise and carry out production of documents during disclosure.

James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to work on complex disclosure processes from collection through to production, litigation strategy and appropriate technology.

Responsibilities

• Project management and consulting advice across the entire spectrum of e-disclosure (collection to production).
• Make extensive use of analytics technologies and how these technologies can be deployed in a variety of settings
• Consult with lawyers on the most effective strategies for their disclosure exercises.

Experience

More than 3 years' experience in providing litigation support, ideally within a law firm environment as opposed to a supplier.

• A solid understanding of Relativity and how the product can be manipulated to both drive reviews and efficiencies to save costs.
• Holding the Relativity Certified Administrator / Analytics qualification is desirable.
• A solid understanding of analytics and how this can be deployed during reviews.
• Experience of project management skills and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
