Job summary

Lighthouse in London is seeking an Associate Director, eDiscovery Client Service for a 12-month maternity cover. You will lead PM teams, oversee client engagements, and ensure top-tier eDiscovery delivery across a global organization.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client relationships, and operational excellence, with potential for extension or permanent roles based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, computer science or digital forensics or commensurate experience.
• 6+ years eDiscovery project management experience.
• 2+ years leading an eDiscovery team on large global matters.
• Experience in budgeting, cost estimates and margin modeling.
• Relativity accreditation (ideally RCA or higher).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance of client engagements.
• Lead and develop teams across multiple client pods.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with global Lighthouse teams for standardized solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption (AI/analytics).
