Job summary

Epiq in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager of Client Services to lead multiple client engagements through effective project coordination and execution.

You will manage relationships with clients, coordinate deliverables, and ensure quality and timely outcomes in a fast-paced eDiscovery environment, while collaborating with internal teams to drive service excellence.

Strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of eDiscovery are required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in PM roles within law firms, corporate legal or eDiscovery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to align client needs with capabilities.
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing and legal document review.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owns the service delivery relationship.
• Drives client satisfaction through coordination and communication of deliverables.
• Executes project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior PM or Client Services Director.
• Ensures requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through verification with client and internal partners.
• Maintains up-to-date records on project status and communicates progress to clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrates leadership to clients and internal partners, delivering objectives professionally.
