Job summary

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking a remote eDiscovery Project Manager to lead client services and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from London/remote locations.

You will coordinate delivery, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years in a PM capacity within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in eDiscovery and litigation support industry (2+ years) in PM roles.
• Strong client relationship skills with proactive management of expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; confident leadership presence.
• Understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key client representatives to own service delivery relationships.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination of deliverables.
• Execute project forecasts and schedules as directed by Sr. Project Manager or Director.
• Ensure requirements are met with high quality; verify with clients and internal partners.
• Maintain up-to-date project status records and communicate updates regularly.
• Provide leadership to clients and internal partners; deliver objectives professionally.
