• Experienced Hospitality Leader with managerial experience in restaurant and hotel settings.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest requests and complaints.
• Excellent communicator with outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate Front of House and Back of House teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage daily operations of Front of House and Kitchen teams, oversee dinner service, and provide catering updates in hotel operations meetings.
• Business Development: Assist in developing business plans, identify commercial opportunities, and seek innovative ways to enhance guest experience and maximize income.
• Event Support: Offer operational support to the Events Team, manage event bookings and resource allocation through planning and rotas.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Front of House and Back of House staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and motivation for customer-focused service.
• Service Standards: Develop and maintain guest service standards, train the team in service delivery, and address non-compliance issues.
• Financial Management: Manage supplier relationships, oversee stock control and pricing, support financial performance, and maintain financial and administrative records.
