• Proven experience within house building or the wider construction sector.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Procuring and appointing subcontractors across multiple trades.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and contractual relationships.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate site budgets.
• Producing and analysing monthly valuations and commercial reports using About You
