Believ, based in Edinburgh, is looking for a full-time Programme Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple programmes within a hybrid Edinburgh office. You’ll work with technical, delivery and operational teams to ensure smooth progression, drive governance, and support financial processes while engaging with stakeholders and clients.

The role offers a competitive salary with a bonus scheme and 25 days annual leave, plus UK holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment of programme data and information
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle processes across technical, delivery and operations teams
• Track designs, PoC status and core deliverables, identifying blockers and escalations
• Communicate with stakeholders to support approvals and progress site outcomes
• Provide programme advice to support decision-making and triage feedback
• Act on client feedback provided to PMs on designs and coordinate actions
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
• Analyse programme activities to maintain priorities, timelines and quality standards
