Believ in Edinburgh is seeking a Programme Coordinator to provide administrative backbone for a Build Manager's patch of sites. You will maintain programme data, permits, contractor paperwork and scheduling to support informed delivery decisions.
Reporting to the Build Manager, this role is highly detail-focused and process-driven, with responsibilities spanning data entry, document control and governance processes, plus collaboration with contractors and councils.

The Programme Coordinator provides the administrative backbone for a Build Manager's patch of sites. You will keep programme data, permits, contractor paperwork and scheduling running smoothly, so the technical and delivery decisions around you can be made on accurate, up‑to‑date information. Reporting to the Build Manager, this is a detail‑focused, organisational role rather than a technical or site‑leadership one. You will coordinate bookings, chase documentation, flag early when something is stuck, and support financial and governance processes.

The position is full time, hybrid with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) based in the Edinburgh office.
