Morris Sinclair Recruitment is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Technician for our Edinburgh client. The role focuses on end-user support, ticketing, and quick resolution of basic IT issues.

You will work in a fast-paced MSP team, supporting Microsoft 365/Azure and on-site desktop/server environments. The position is office-based in Edinburgh, with mentoring, career development reviews, and ongoing training days to enhance your skills.

Formación

• Experience providing end-user IT support in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident handling.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls and live chats, log clear ticket notes.
• Resolve 1st line issues and escalate where required.
• Deliver friendly, proactive service to varied clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to deadlines.
