This permanent, full-time role (35 hours) at CSM in London/Remote hybrid focuses on delivering EDI strategies, action plans and stakeholder engagement to advance the Race Equality Charter and staff policies.

• Experience leading EDI initiatives in education or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and related developments.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and manage resources.
