Job summary

The University of Surrey is seeking an experienced EDI Specialist and Charters Lead to drive equality, diversity and inclusion across the institution. You will coordinate and deliver our Race Equality Charter and Athena Swan submissions, gathering evidence and engaging stakeholders to produce high-quality actions and plans.

You will also support delivery of the EDI Plan 2030 by providing expert guidance to embed inclusive practice across the university.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects across a large organisation.
• Knowledge of Race Equality Charter and Athena Swan frameworks.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities
