Job summary

Ping Europe is hiring an EDI Analyst to own and manage the company’s trading partner network. You will onboard partners using AS2, VAN and SFTP and build/maintain the mappings that carry orders, invoices and shipping data.

You will ensure all connections stay healthy, including Hydra bulk order flows for customers without direct connections. The role requires strong EDI knowledge (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2), experience with EDI mapping tools and solid SQL skills to troubleshoot relational

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2).
• Practical experience with EDI mapping and translation tools.
• SQL and relational database knowledge for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Ping Europe’s EDI network with trading partners.
• Onboard new partners across AS2, VAN and SFTP.
• Build and maintain transaction maps for orders, invoices and shipping data.
• Monitor and keep connections healthy, including Hydra bulk order flows.
