The Position

As a Quality Specialist in the Legal, Quality & Compliance department, you will ensure patient safety and product quality by maintaining and implementing the Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (QMS) in the UK. You will support audits, inspections, and manage quality risk, deviations, and change control processes.

Other responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing document control, archiving, and records management.
  2. Supporting Quality Management Reviews (QMR) and GDP/GMP processes.
  3. Acting as the ISOtrain training coordinator, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  4. Fostering a quality culture through contracts and agreements.
  5. Leading local quality projects.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in our Gatwick office.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A university or equivalent degree.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Experience with GDP Quality and QMS.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
