Job Description:

Due to the development and continued growth of this firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a Lawyer to handle a caseload of RTA cases valued up to £1 million and assist on complex & catastrophic Personal Injury cases exceeding £1 million.

You will be working at a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm, offering a great opportunity to work on high-quality cases with support from other lawyers and paralegals.

You should be familiar with cases involving complex indemnity concerns and knowledgeable about Article 75 / MIB / Road Traffic Act 1988 / Policy Avoidance.
