Job Description:

Due to the development and continued growth of this firm’s Personal Injury department, they are seeking to appoint a Lawyer to manage a caseload of RTA cases valued up to £1 million and assist on complex & catastrophic Personal Injury cases exceeding £1 million.

You will work at a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm, offering a great opportunity to handle high-quality work with support from other lawyers and paralegals.

You will handle cases with complex indemnity concerns and should be familiar with Article 75 / MIB / Road Traffic Act 1988 / Policy Avoidance.
