What you’ll be doing

• Manage product changes and communications according to SLAs
• Create engaging content for customer emails and letters
• Collaborate with external partners to promote products and messaging effectively
• Support content updates across channels, maintaining brand consistency and audience appeal
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure regulatory compliance updates are implemented

Working hours

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We operate a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on designated days.
