This role will be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast-paced, motivated team. With over 100 years’ experience, Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best-known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.

What’s on offer?

For this role, you will earn a starting salary of £25,500, with on-target earnings of approximately £28,000.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Greater Picture: At Magnet, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets, and collaborate on exciting projects.

As a Design Sales Assistant, you will create a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom. You will inspire customers through your excellent product knowledge and support our Kitchen Sales Designers throughout the customer journey, from initial conversations in the showroom to installation.
