We are looking for an outstanding Depot Manager to strengthen our highly successful Northern senior management team. Our Depot Manager role is for someone who leads through their people, from the front, with a clear focus on achieving goals. Can you balance priorities? We are looking for:

• A self-starter who takes pride in their depot's success and their team! You will have experience in the logistics or distribution industry and a proven background managing large, fast-paced, 24/7 operations with significant teams.
• A confident communicator who can lead the team effectively, influence strategy, and foster a healthy, competitive environment.
• Strong P&L management skills through effective planning and reporting.
• Someone who enjoys resolving problems, demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Proven decision-making skills in time-pressured environments, with accountability for meeting customer deadlines and KPIs.
• A history of career progression and developing high-performing teams to achieve objectives.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large, successful logistics or distribution sites/teams.
• Good analytical skills, financial reporting, and P&L management.
• Resilient and determined, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of transport and H&S regulations.
• Strong people management, communication skills, and ability to liaise at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible approach to work to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation.
