Your new company

Our client is a specialist facilities service provider delivering services to a commercial portfolio spanning the UK. They are hiring a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a team responsible for maintenance services at sites of specialist housing (not social housing or care homes) around London & Kent.

Your new role

In this role, you will manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will oversee budgets, drive efficiencies, and implement business improvements, maintaining high service standards. You will monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to enhance service delivery. You will create reports and present findings to stakeholders. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a positive environment where team members are motivated, developed, and empowered. You will manage reactive repairs and voids maintenance, engage with customers transparently, and collaborate with stakeholders. Additionally, you will undertake training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in maintenance and repair services is required. You should also have:

• Housing association or housing maintenance experience
• Team supervisory or leadership experience
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving license
