We have a great opportunity to join us as the Depot General Manager for one of our depots, Gatwick. We are looking for an outstanding Depot Manager to strengthen our highly successful Northern senior management team. You will be a leader who allows their people to achieve ever-greater heights and inspires leading from the front, putting Gatwick depot at the top of the leaderboard!

Our Depot Manager role is for someone who leads through their people, from the front, with a clear focus on achieving goals. Can you balance priorities? • Strong P&L management skills through effective planning and reporting.

• Someone who enjoys problem-solving, demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.

• Proven experience making effective decisions under pressure, with accountability for meeting customer deadlines and KPIs.

• Career progression within your field, with a track record of developing high-performing teams to meet objectives.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Proven background managing large logistics or distribution sites/teams.

• Good analytical skills, financial reporting, and P&L management.

• Resilient and determined, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety regulations.

• Strong people management, communication skills, and ability to liaise at all levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Flexible approach to work to meet the needs of a 24/7 operation.
