Sézane started its journey with an obsession: to offer the loveliest designs at fair prices. We achieved this by being the first French brand to build our business online. Inspired by our love of experiences, we opened L’Appartement in Paris three years ago: a welcoming, living space where you can see and try on pieces from our collection while enjoying the Parisian lifestyle. We are hiring a full-time Sales Assistant (M/F) based at our Appartement in Notting Hill to contribute to Sézane’s next chapter.

Your missions will include:

1. Delivering a unique customer experience:

• Prioritize customer needs to ensure optimal service
• Represent the Sézane spirit through impeccable presentation and grooming
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy
• Identify customer desires by considering their personalities
• Help customers discover our brand and products
• Act as an ambassador of the brand’s omnichannel approach (store and web)
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
• Propose specific actions to create memorable experiences
• Handle customer complaints to build satisfaction and loyalty
• Understand our CSR policies to address customer inquiries

Guaranteeing the brand image:

• Follow Sézane merchandising rules
• Check product labeling on the floor
• Participate in merchandising implementation and follow-up
• Create an inspiring shopping experience
• Monitor and maintain sales levels
• Have a fashion culture to make relevant proposals

Ensuring smooth operations:

• Apply Sézane policies, standards, and procedures
• Respect operational procedures
• Handle returns, exchanges, and reservations
• Assist in staffing decisions based on customer needs
• Manage stock effectively

Being a team player:

• Participate in team tasks
• Contribute to a positive, harmonious environment
• Communicate the brand’s commitments
