Salary: Up to £55K depending on experience

Summary:

We’re looking for a pro-active and forward thinking individual to join our exciting and growing Intelligent Buildings Team.

Playing a key role in the ongoing creation and expansion of our intelligent buildings cloud solution focusing on deployments and expanding into factory automation cloud software deployments. Working with UK and globally located colleagues across MEIDS you could be at the forefront of this rapidly expanding software.

Have you got experience or demonstrable knowledge of?

• .NET Core / C# programming
• Security integration/authentication with ADFS, AAD, OAuth2, and/or SAML services

What you need:

• Creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, motivated and ability to take full ownership of your tasks and deliverables.
• Follow processes whilst offering suggested improvements to aid implementation and product delivery.
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be passionate about your own development.
• A passion to modernise the workspaces and factories of the future.
• Time management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• A related degree or professional qualification.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

If you’ve got it, BONUS:

Proven work experience leading a new product design to market.

Experience integrating multiple cloud services together.

IT infrastructure knowledge around passive and active IT networks, edge, and cloud services.

An understanding of interoperable software integrations using open protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, OPC.

Knowledge in Smart Buildings, and an understanding of the typical use cases and personas.

An awareness of IoT solutions, specifically industrial solutions such as machine vision occupancy sensing and indoor air quality.

This role will involve:

Design and developing key software components for the product stack.

Deliver SaaS outcomes for a range of world-leading businesses.

Use modern development strategies and leading edge technology within the Azure stack to deliver.

Collaborate within the growing and ever global team to deliver to our customers high expectations.
