NEOM Wellbeing is seeking an entrepreneurial Store Manager for their Leeds Wellbeing Hub. This full-time role involves overseeing store operations, fostering team development, and driving sales while promoting a community-focused approach. The Role
Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and team development? This full-time, permanent Store Manager position at our Leeds Wellbeing Hub (WBH) involves building a NEOM Wellbeing community, hosting memorable events, and engaging in customer outreach, all while fostering your team's growth.
As a key member of the retail team, you will oversee store operations including stock management, local commercial strategy, and business planning. Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Education teams, you will influence not only your store but the wider business.
This role requires availability on weekdays and weekends, with potential late nights and travel to other stores and events.
