Right now, we are looking for a Delivery Director to join our team at Globant!

What will help you succeed:

• Being flexible & goal oriented.

• Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.

• Advanced English skills.

• Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from the US or Europe is a plus!

• Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.

• Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.

• Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!

• Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.

• Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus!

• Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.

• Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.

• MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus!
