About The Role
Are you interested in using your interpersonal skills over the telephone to provide vital support and information to people affected by dementia?
As a Telephone Support Volunteer, you will assist individuals living with dementia, those affected by dementia, or people worried about their memory, by connecting them to available support and services. You will tailor your service to each person's needs, interests, abilities, history, and personality. Your role will be a key point of contact, ensuring ongoing communication and support during times of need.
Additional Information
This role is home-based and supports our Doncaster team by making telephone calls to individuals on our Keep in Touch service. Applications from across South Yorkshire are welcome.
