Our next Senior Residential Care Worker will have:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
• Essential: A full driving license and the Right to Work in the UK
• A passion to make a difference in residents’ lives

Some of your duties will include:

• Chaperoning occupants to appointments and activities
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Household tasks
• Administering medication
• Leading, training, and developing support workers
• Assisting the deputy manager in maintaining a skilled team
