We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our largest strategic customers are successful in their evaluations and implementations of Caseware solutions. Your responsibilities include strategizing with customers on their goals, understanding their ongoing needs, designing and maintaining project plans, addressing customer questions by consulting SMEs, and providing support throughout the evaluation and implementation processes. You will also coordinate with sales, account management, training, support, and product teams, as well as strategic partners, to address customer needs promptly and professionally.

You will work closely with international teams to contribute ideas towards developing a global process within the solutions consulting team.

Location:

This is a remote role, open to applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK. Some travel to various offices in the UK or internationally may be required based on client needs.

What you will be doing:
  1. Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and implement Caseware products.
  2. Develop strategies with customers for their evaluation and implementation journeys, identifying needs such as communication, change management, training, and support, then creating project plans to meet key requirements.
  3. Create and maintain product demo strategies and assets that focus on value and benefits rather than just features.
  4. Support customer evaluations and implementations by providing information on tools, processes, and resources, ensuring timelines and tasks stay on track.
  5. Assist in developing and executing customer migration strategies to Caseware’s cloud solutions from existing platforms.
  6. Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues not handled through support channels, such as access, licenses, or account maintenance.
  7. Help develop and maintain a product knowledge base for the team.
  8. Gather and respond to customer and prospect feedback to support product and sales innovation.
  9. Create and update toolkits and resources for customer evaluations and implementations, collaborating with other teams as needed.
  10. Design and implement processes and systems to deliver scalable, consistent services, and contribute to internal improvement plans for future growth.
  11. Attend industry trade shows and events.
  12. Participate in speaking engagements and thought leadership activities as appropriate.
What you will bring:
  1. At least 4 years’ experience in an Audit/Accounting/Professional Services firm performing External Audit or Assurance, or at least 5 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer success, account management, implementation, product, or project management) in a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  3. Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs effectively.
  4. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple deliverables.
  5. A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring initiative and problem-solving skills.
  6. Sound understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
  7. Nice to have: Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 5+ years of external audit experience, ideally with hands-on use of CaseWare; background in audit innovation, training, or tech adoption; strong knowledge of financial processes, project/product management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and collaboration with product, marketing, or sales teams.
