Job Description

Are you an experienced Test Engineer with experience testing down to component level? Do you want to work with an industry-leading company? If yes, this role might be for you!

As a Production Test Engineer, you will work alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is continuously growing. They seek new talents to develop skills and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing test engineering support on the shopfloor
• Testing and diagnosing complex electrical/electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit cards down to component level
• Generating test specifications, operator instructions, and technical reports based on higher-level requirements
• Identifying remedial and corrective actions
• Supporting meetings with Quality and Operations for status updates
• Understanding measurement and test principles and equipment at component level
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic subsystem and system design, integration, and testing principles
• Understanding RF and microwave technology at subsystem level
• Knowledge of Environmental testing, including ESS
• Manual handling and ESD training
