The role is an office based role.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice, support and training to the business
  • HR administration, completion of all letters to employees
  • Policy Updates / Creation
  • Recruitment of all employees, including Job Descriptions,
  • Interviewing and appointment
  • Contract of employments
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Induction processes
  • Undertaking investigations and disciplinaries
  • Minute taking for HR meetings
  • Absence Management
  • Any other HR duties required
  • Training oversee the training aspects within the company. Help with grant funding and the booking of training

  • Must have previous HR experience

The role is predominantly office based at the Glasgow Depot, however, occasionally there may be a requirement to travel to other regional offices or attend seminars and events. In return, you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£42,000, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays plus discretionary bonus.
