We’re working with a leading national law firm that is expanding its Residential Property team in Birmingham. They're looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who can hit the ground running and manage a diverse caseload with confidence and autonomy.

The Role Includes:

• Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload: sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing clear legal advice and excellent client care
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes
• Contributing to team performance and mentoring junior colleagues if required

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX
• Proven experience managing your own residential property caseload from start to finish
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, professional approach and a genuine interest in client service
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a national team
