Responsibilities

1. Design solutions detailing equipment, components, network services, cabinet layouts, connectivity diagrams, and field team work instructions.
2. Identify and communicate risks affecting delivery within customer SLA’s.
3. Support the implementation of new technologies onto the secure defence infrastructure.
4. Update asset management databases with implemented design changes.
5. Work to operational performance measures while maintaining necessary product, network, and system knowledge.

What we would like to see on your CV

1. Good IT literacy skills (MS Office), including data manipulation, document, and presentation preparation.
2. Use of Microsoft Visio (preferred).
3. Ability to prioritize complex workloads and manage multiple orders.
4. Capability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external customers.
5. Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (mandatory if not already held).
