Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will lead by example, inspiring our retail colleagues to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service.

1. Ensure the store is well merchandised and continuously seek ways to develop and improve business performance within your departments.
2. Work closely with the Store Manager, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a coaching management style that is clear, open, and honest.
3. Train retail colleagues to the highest standards and take corrective action when necessary.
