Responsibilities

• Managing Shift Managers and Crew
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality food
• Creating a positive work environment and providing excellent customer experiences
• Handling customer complaints promptly and honestly
• Leading by example on the floor and in the kitchen
• Supporting the General Manager and store results
• Owning P&L, driving sales, and controlling costs
• Overseeing daily operations and planning long-term strategies
• Developing team talent and ensuring succession planning
