Job Description:

Role: New Business & Customer Service Representative

Location: Formby

Salary: £25,877 – £27,515 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus annually, once established in the role.

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00am – 12:30pm).

Responsibilities include:

  • Quoting and closing new business inquiries
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Amending customer policies, payments, and schedules
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Handling sensitive information following data protection principles
  • Adhering to FCA guidelines
  • Providing professional service and promoting the brand positively
