Job Description:

We are currently partnered with a US-headquartered renewables fund, seeking to add an IR Analyst or Associate to its London team. The company has over 15 years of market presence and a strong track record across several funds.

This role involves supporting the IR team in fundraising, project management, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups with the Head of Sales.
• Assist in creating pitchbooks, teasers, and marketing materials.
• Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies, including press releases.
• Maintain and update CRM systems.
• Organize investor events and AGMs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within private markets funds or placement agents.
• Experience with private markets strategies is essential.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
