Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) is located on the outskirts of Brighton, near Falmer station and the AMEX Stadium. • Manage the Mathematics Department effectively.
• Liaise with SLT, HODs, HOYs, SENDCO, subject staff, and support staff.
• Strategically plan for departmental development, demonstrating impact on student learning and progress.
• Narrow achievement gaps through:
• Securing high-quality teaching that enhances pupil progress.
• Developing curricula that facilitate progress for all learners.
• Implementing responsive interventions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive work ethic and love of learning.
