Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll collaborate with an energetic team passionate about our products and engaging with customers to deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Role

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience, creating an inviting and welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a safe and healthy store environment.
• Provide customers with information about products, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
• Assist with implementing markdowns or price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable, and replenish stock as needed.
• Support merchandising efforts in accordance with our guidelines when requested.

What we offer you

• Above statutory holiday entitlement, we offer 33 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays), with an additional 2 days after 5 years of service. Holiday entitlement is pro-rata for part-time employees.
