This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The role offers a hybrid working model based in London or other UK offices.

Responsibilities include ensuring supplier and contractual arrangements meet compliance, legal, and risk standards; developing governance frameworks; and liaising with audit, legal, and compliance teams.

• Develop and implement contract governance frameworks and processes
• Monitor compliance with procurement regulations, contract terms, and data governance (e.g., GDPR)
• Conduct risk assessments; develop mitigation strategies
• Manage audits and track corrective actions
• Collaborate on contract drafting and dispute resolution with legal and compliance teams
• Maintain oversight of policy updates and governance standards
