FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Supplier and Contract Manager with a specialization in Performance and Engagement to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in various UK locations including but not limited to Edinburgh, Cardiff, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.

Our client is looking for a Supplier and Contract Manager with a focus on Performance and Engagement to drive supplier excellence and effective relationship management. You will be responsible for developing KPIs, managing supplier reviews, and fostering collaboration to deliver outstanding service outcomes.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, including SLAs and KPIs
  2. Lead regular supplier performance reviews and initiate improvement plans
  3. Build and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
  4. Analyse performance data and trends to inform strategic decisions
  5. Coordinate resolution of performance issues, escalating when necessary
  6. Support continuous improvement through supplier development and innovation
