You will be working for One Lancashire and South Cumbria (One LSC) Digital Data and Technology supporting Lancashire Teaching Hospital as part of our IT Systems Management Team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team comprising technical and clinical roles. Your main focus will be supporting the day-to-day operation of clinical systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clinical users. You will also engage in projects related to your area as needed.
We are looking for an experienced IT professional with solid experience in managing Clinical systems successfully.
Your role will contribute to improved utilization of Clinical Applications at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, aiming to benefit patients, reduce wait times, and improve financial outcomes.

You will be responsible for daily administration, ongoing support, and maintenance of Pathology systems across Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley District Hospital, including data input and reporting.
Provide technical support and advice to end users across all disciplines and departments.
You will be part of the Enterprise Wide Applications team, working closely with Digital teams, Clinical, and Operational staff within the organization.
You will lead system administration efforts and be involved in projects and changes related to systems, including liaising with system providers for upgrades, developments, and BAU issues.
Coordinate with Operational colleagues to ensure correct business-as-usual processes, promote system use among staff, and assist with updates to standard operating procedures, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Manage daily operations, system issues, and data quality and information governance concerns.
Join a dedicated team delivering quality services to approximately 370,000 local residents and providing specialist care to 1.5 million people across Lancashire & Cumbria.
