Key purpose of role:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to create meetings and generate new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound activities targeting large and complex organizations. This role requires a proactive individual passionate about sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Outbound: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients across multiple stakeholders, introducing our products and services. Participate in key vendor pipeline activities.
  2. Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, providing relevant information and addressing customer needs.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales teams, ensuring smooth transitions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and position our solutions effectively.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on competitor activity and market opportunities across key industries to refine lead generation strategies.
  6. Reporting: Prepare reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, and engagement metrics.
