Corporate Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer), 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor seeking a new career challenge. JOB REF: 9822.

THE ROLE:

1. This role offers the chance to join a dynamic national Corporate team.
2. You will collaborate with respected leaders, supporting Corporate lawyers, especially those in private equity, with technical expertise and strategic insights.
3. Develop and maintain leading precedents, guidance, and resources for various corporate transactions.
4. Lead and support document automation and innovation projects.
5. Provide research support and respond to complex legal and technical queries.
6. Create and deliver legal updates and training sessions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. At least 4 years PQE in transactional corporate law or a related support/knowledge role.
2. Private equity experience is highly preferred.
3. Interest in document automation; experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
4. Meticulous with excellent drafting and research skills.
5. Team-oriented with enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation.
6. Flexible working arrangements available, including full-time or part-time.
